Product Description
The GZP191 piezoresistive pressure sensor chip is suitable for biomedicine, industrial control, Internet of Things and other fields. Its core part is a silicon piezoresistive pressure-sensitive chip processed by MEMS technology. The pressure-sensitive chip is composed of an elastic membrane and four resistors integrated on the membrane. The four piezoresistors form a Whiston bridge structure. When pressure acts on the elastic membrane, the bridge will generate a voltage output signal that is linearly proportional to the applied pressure. The built-in circuit calibrated and compensated for the zero output, full range output, temperature drift and other parameters of the sensor, generating a high-precision standard voltage output signal based on the power supply voltage.
