Product Description
The GZP153 piezoresistive pressure sensor chip is suitable for biomedicine, automotive electronics and other fields. Its core part is a silicon piezoresistive pressure-sensitive chip processed by MEMS technology. The pressure-sensitive chip is composed of an elastic membrane and four resistors integrated on the membrane. The four varistors form a Whiston bridge structure. When pressure is applied to the elastic membrane, the bridge will generate a voltage output signal that is linearly proportional to the applied pressure.
The GZP153 pressure sensor chip packaging adopts PCB board as the base material, which is convenient for users to install by surface mounting. Good linearity, repeatability and stability, high sensitivity, which is convenient for users to use op-amp or integrated circuits to debug and compensate for output and temperature drift.
