GZP163 Pressure Sensor Chip
Product Description
The GZP163 piezoresistive pressure sensor chip is suitable for biomedicine, automotive electronics and other fields. Its core part is a silicon piezoresistive pressure-sensitive chip processed by MEMS technology. The pressure-sensitive chip is composed of an elastic membrane and four resistors integrated on the membrane. The four varistors form a Whiston bridge structure. When pressure is applied to the elastic membrane, the bridge will generate a voltage output signal that is linearly proportional to the applied pressure.
